What: A smorgasbord of activities, agricultural innovations and great California grown products. Ag Day will showcase California agriculture in a variety of ways – from Chef Guy Fieri’s “Cooking with your Kids” event to hydrogen fuel cell vehicles and solar ovens heating up some great sweet potato fries. The California Department of Food and Agriculture in collaboration with California’s Women for Agriculture create this event to remind the agricultural industry, state legislators and the public that “Decisions Today will be Impacting Tomorrow”, the theme of Ag Day 2008.
